CATHERINE E. SHANELARIS, ESQ., Founding Member and Partner Attorney Shanelaris received her B.A. in political science from the University of New Hampshire at Durham and her J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1992. She is a member of the New Hampshire, Hillsborough County, and Women's Bar Associations.

Attorney Shanelaris was formerly the chief staff attorney for the New Hampshire Division of Child Support Services and a county governor for the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association. She began her legal career as an associate attorney in a small law firm practicing in the domestic relations area including divorce, child support actions and custody as well as real estate, personal injury and commercial law. She is a trained marital mediator.

Attorney Shanelaris is a member of the Family Law Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association, a lecturer on family law topics at continuing legal education programs and the author of several bar journal and legal articles relating to family law issues. She is also a member of the NH Supreme Court's Access to Justice Commission.

JANE M. SCHIRCH, ESQ., Founding Member and Partner Attorney Schirch received her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1992. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and is licensed to practice in the state of Massachusetts. Attorney Schirch began her legal career in the litigation department of a firm in Boston, Massachusetts where she focused her practice primarily on complex business litigation. She worked for several years as both a Supervising Attorney and Staff Attorney for the New Hampshire Division of Child Support Services.

Attorney Schirch has authored several articles relating to child support
enforcement and has presented at Continuing Legal Education Seminars on various topics. She is a past board member of the New Hampshire Women's Bar Association and is a member of the Nashua Bar Association and the Family Law section of the New Hampshire Bar Association.

Attorney Schirch is an active member of the community, previously serving on the Board of Directors of the American Diabetes Association. She is presently a member of the Medical Ethics Committee at Parkland Medical Center.
